Ice, water & unusual noises
Unexpected ice build-up, water beneath the appliance, an alarm or a new noise are useful details to share. Please include any displayed error code.
A few details make a difference.
Have the make and model ready if possible. A photograph of the rating plate can help identify the exact appliance and any suitable parts. Tell us whether it is integrated or freestanding and mention any access restrictions.
If the appliance is not maintaining a safe temperature, take appropriate steps to protect its contents while you arrange help. For an electrical smell, smoke or a damaged cable, stop using the appliance and seek appropriate assistance.

Yes. Frost-free and American-style fridge freezers are a particular focus of our refrigeration service. Please send the make and model so we can check your appliance.
Can you diagnose the fault from a photograph?
A photograph and fault description can help us prepare, but they may not establish the cause. An engineer may need to inspect and test the appliance at your home.
Are replacement parts included in the call-out fee?
The call-out fee includes up to one hour’s labour. Any replacement parts or further work should be discussed separately. Ask for the current fee when booking.
