Your details.
Handled with care.
How information from this website’s enquiry form is used.
What we collect and why.
When you use the contact form, Steve’s Appliance Services Ltd receives your name, contact details, address, postcode, appliance details, message and any image you choose to upload. We use these details to respond to your enquiry, discuss service coverage and arrange appliance servicing, repairs or parts where appropriate.
Please only upload images needed for your appliance enquiry. Avoid including unrelated personal information or photographs of people.
Enquiries are sent to info@stevesapplianceservices.co.uk. A private copy of the text is also stored in the website administration area so an enquiry can be checked if an email notification fails. The copy is not publicly accessible.
Contact form records.
Website enquiry records are scheduled for deletion after 90 days. An uploaded image is temporarily processed for email attachment and removed from temporary website storage after the send attempt. It is not added to the public media library.
Emails and any subsequent repair or business records are managed separately by Steve’s Appliance Services. Contact us if you have a question about a specific record or want to request access, correction or deletion.
The website uses the visitor’s network address in a short-lived, hashed rate-limit key to reduce repeated form submissions. This expires after one hour.
For questions about your information, email info@stevesapplianceservices.co.uk or call 07877 055680.
Fonts and images.
The page loads web fonts from Google Fonts and appliance images from the existing Steve’s Appliance Services website. Those resource requests include the technical information needed to deliver the resource, such as your IP address. The contact form does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
